Been listening to her a lot over the last while. I feel all grown up now for listening to it and not going all snobbery nob over it. This makes me dance and clap in my chair like Im on death row. Sulky happiness is best I can describe this song. And that I loves it.
They're Irish! 80's synth with awesome vocals! Rhythmic monotonous chanting verses and celebratory shouting chorus. Their album is out in June, realllllly looking forward to it.
Deadly Dublin band. They released this album about a year ago before playing any gigs, and won a bunch of awards. Pretty snazzy! Theyre working on a new album which sounds like its gonna be great. Good article on em here. Free album download here.
Battles with a weird new video for the first single of their new album coming out in the summer. They've been called obtuse but this is allll about ice cream and summer! Going to be pretty interesting to see what the album will sound like, especially with the lead vocal spot occupied by a variety of stand ins.
This has got me looking forward to going home in August. Ill be leaving the dead of winter for summer. Irish summer...eating 99s by the fireplace...cant fupping wait!!!
